Whether in person or online, Deb delivers keynote addresses, leads workshops, conducts webinars, facilitates meetings, and coaches groups and individuals. During her dynamic presentations, Deb inspires groups worldwide as she tells success stories using compelling video clips and shares relevant content through interactive materials.

Deb was one of the highest-ranking female executives in the Chicago television production industry, working with clients such as Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola, Ford, Oprah, A&E, Entertainment Tonight, and others. For over twenty years, Deb successfully managed sales and creative teams for production facilities. As President of the Women’s Advertising Club of Chicago, she collaborated with top creatives in the industry, and was nominated as Ad Woman of the Year.

In 1997, Deb and her family transitioned to Amelia Island, Florida to raise their son, Connor, in the same small town environment where her husband, Stan, grew up. She joined Stan at Cottle Communications, Inc., an award-winning production company that continues to deliver a high level of creative services to Fortune 500 clients nationwide and regional clients in Florida.

Deb is also an experienced advisor with Engel & Volkers luxury real estate, where she helps customers navigate through transitions of downsizing, retiring, or simply adjusting to “island living.” She recently earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation by the National Association of Realtors, which recognizes her knowledge and ability to effectively serve the senior market.
